They replaced my skimmer and skimmer line. My pool is quite old and thay had to go above and beyond the call of duty to finish the repair. They took the time to get it right. I am very pleased with the staff and the work.

Had our pool opened this last week. Austin and Rob did a fantastic job. We had great communication from the entire staff setting up and confirming our appointment. The guys were on time. They had my pool up and running in no time. I am a pool rookie, so I had lots of questions which they answered all of them. I will request Austin and Rob in the future for all my pool needs here at the house!

Ed did a great job servicing my hot tub. Needs to order parts but he was very knowledgeable and informative. Their office was very communicative throughout the repair process. I will definitely use them if I have any more issues.

Discovered issue with spa heater Sunday evening. Called next morning and Julie promptly took my info and said she would try to fit me in that day. The owner Ed personally arrived that afternoon to make repairs. Great service

Affordable Pool was very responsive when called to repair my hot tub. They advised of immediate preventative measures I should take until they arrived. When the day for service was scheduled, I was given a time window. On the day of the repair, the techs advised when they were on the way and arrived as scheduled. As it turned out, two trips were required to replace the broken parts. I was very pleased with the reasonable cost of the diagnostics and repairs.

My tub needed significant work to get it back up and running. Austin was very professional, excellent at his job, and quick! I even stopped by the shop when I broke a part myself. The owner took the time to walk me out to the shop and locate the part for me. These folks are so nice to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I've finally found a good pool company!

When I called affordable pools and spa they immediately answered the phone and scheduled an appointment to close my pool for the winter. That never happens with other companies I've used in the past!

They arrived exactly when they said they would and were completely upfront about costs for any chemicals I may need if I didn't already have them. No hidden fees! They have the best price of any other company as well.

The gentleman who came out was Rob. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. He noticed an issue that I was already aware of, but didn't know what to do about. He took the time to look at it and made a call to get addotional information for me. Above and beyond!

I am in Oakland Township (Rochester area) and they drove an hour to get here. So don't be afraid to call and ask if they service your area.

I went to 3 different pool and spa suppliers before I ended up at Affordable. Ed was immediately attentive to what I was looking for. I ended up ordering a hot tub cover from him. He came outside and measured my old hot tub cover and made sure that the dimensions were perfect. They have a customer for life.

Our pool was in terrible shape, it looked like a frog pond in June. Affordable Pool & Spa came out and worked diligently to get it clean and explained all the steps during the process. The pool was crystal clear when Jens finished it. It took a few days and a lot of chemicals, but he was able to get a great outcome. He brought extra chemicals out for us too, which saved us a trip to go out and buy them elsewhere.

Austin came out to teach us how to run our pool and keep all equipment clean .. very informative very polite very patient very professional... my wife and I learned a lot from him on how to operate and maintain the pool ..Will definitely use in the future !!! 1st time pool owner and Austin put us on the right track with our pool!!
